The latest version 8 of Google Chrome web browser builds on Google Chrome 7 by adding new features, including full support for the upcoming Google Chrome Web Store . In addition to the over 800 bugs fixes and the stability improvements .

Google Chrome 8's stable release (8.0.552.215) came to notice on a Google Chrome Releases blog post. Google Chrome 8 features a lot of changes under the hood -- Google has fixed over 800 bugs in Chrome and has made stability improvements as well. Chrome 8 also contains a host of security fixes, ranging from levels marked High to Low.

Google Chrome 8 also for the first time adds a built in PDF viewer. The PDF files are supposed to render extremely well, in fact as seamlessly as HTML Web pages, according to a Google representative.

Google Chrome 8 is also the first Web browser to offer full support for Google's upcoming Chrome Web Store, according to some developers. Chrome Web Store will offer a host of free and paid apps to use within Google Chrome browser and Chrome OS. Chrome OS is still under development and Chrome OS based netbooks are expected to arrive before the year's end.
